    The Night Before - Welcome Reception

    We will gather everyone who has arrived the night before. Time and place will be finalized by May 2027.

  2. Wednesday, July 7 · Afternoon

    Wedding Day - Shuttle Departure

    For guests staying in Vic or at Urbisol and planning to use the shuttle. You will receive an email with your specific shuttle schedule, please be on time. Schedule will be finalized by May 2027.

  3. Wednesday, July 7 · Afternoon

    Venue Opens

    The venue will open at 4pm. Welcome drinks will be served until 4:40pm, at which time we will begin seating for the ceremony. Schedule will be finalized by May 2027.
